talc will be a good support for injection process
To create moulds with corner metal locks or to ease your injections, we offer two types of talc:
- The mould release talc, is organic and anti-allergic. The residual ashes are very low during the vulcanisation cycle. This talc is ultra-thin with a grain size of around 2 or 3 microns.
- The synthesis talc, for injection is anti-allergic. It eases the wax injection and has no residues. You can spray it indeed with a temperature of 65°C for an optimal injection result.
